In celebrating the Mexican Independence Day holiday, on Tuesday, September 16th, Chef Roberto Santibañez will take us through the history and evolution behind our beloved Mexican cuisine.
Dishes from pre-Spanish rule, to how the Chiles en Nogada became the iconic Independence Day dish, Chef Roberto will take us on a historical journey, in celebration of Mexico. Followed by a cocktail reception,
